Upon arrival in Briançon, you will be transferred to Saint-Véran, one of the most picturesque alpine villages in the Southern Alps, nestled at an altitude of 2040 meters in the Queyras Regional Park. This charming village, with its wooden and stone houses and stunning mountain views, will captivate you. You will stay at the 2-star hotel “Le Grand Tétras,” a family-run establishment located in the heart of the village, known for its warm atmosphere. The hotel features a bar, restaurant, and a lovely terrace. After an active day, savor the delicious local cuisine offered for dinner.
In the evening, there will be a welcome meeting with your local guide.

Begin your adventure with a loop walk exploring the southern slopes of Saint-Véran. You will discover the Aigues Blanche valley, following old irrigation canals that once watered the surrounding fields. This scenic route offers diverse perspectives and tranquility, as it is less frequented. On your return to Saint-Véran, take the opportunity to stop for a drink in the upper part of the village.

Today's walk includes some off-track sections, providing splendid views of the Aigues Blanche valley and the charming village of Molines, with its typical alpine architecture. The route descends through a lovely larch forest to the Molines ski resort, follows the Blanche river, and ascends to Sommet Bucher. Despite its relatively low altitude, this peak offers fantastic panoramic views. The day concludes with a descent to Molines to catch the bus back to Saint-Véran.

After a short transfer to Ville Vieille, you will explore the northern part of Queyras, discovering some untouched areas of the regional park. This easier day starts with a visit to the quaint village of Aiguilles, followed by a balcony walk to the historic shepherd’s house of Borels. The journey continues along the GR 58 trail (the Queyras circuit) down to Ville Vieille, from where you will take a shuttle back to Saint-Véran.

Enjoy a day at your leisure with numerous options available: self-guided walks, a visit to the Saint-Véran museum, white-water rafting, Via Ferrata in Château Queyras, mountain biking, or road cycling on famous Tour de France climbs like Col Agnel or Col Izoard.

From there, explore the old copper mines before ascending to Caramantran Peak (3025 m), a stunning summit at the Italian border with views of Monte Viso (3841 m) in Italy.

On your final day, explore the Curley Ridge on the southern side of Queyras. This wide, comfortable ridge offers magnificent views of Saint-Véran and the Ubaye valley, leading you down through beautiful meadows.
